House of Shadow Silence was featured on the Creative Applications Blog in an article titled Anatomy of a Screen.
August 2017
Portland's Willamette Week newspaper covered the Portland debut of House of Shadow Silence in an article titled "A Portland VR Programmer Picks Up Where a 1920s Film Visionary Left Off."
House of Shadow Silence is set to debut on August 4th and 5th. It will be presented as an interactive VR installation at the Academy Theater in the Montavilla neighborhood of Portland (Facebook event). Admission will be free. This project was made with the generous support of the Regional Arts and Culture Council (RACC).

Presenting a new animation at Friends Only, an online gallery that can accessed exclusively at Pacific Place Project Space as part of Amsterdam Art Weekend. The show will be up from November 24th to 27th.
Giving an artist talk at FutureForum, a media art lecture series guest curated by Ryan Woodring. The event takes place on November 14th at at Portland's historic Hollywood Theatre.

E.S.P. TV are taking their live broadcast show on the road. Electric Fields I will be screened at Yerba Buena Center for the Arts in San Francisco on April 16th, at S1 Contemporary in Portland, OR on April 19th, and at Nightingale Cinema in Chicago on April 25th.

The 'Electric Fields' animations are included in the exhibition Post-Photoshop at the Drake Hotel in Toronto, Canada. 'Post-Photoshop' opens on February 25th and runs until April 26th.

Upfor Gallery in Portland, OR will be presenting a solo exhibition of my work — featuring a number of brand new animations, prints and a site-specific virtual reality piece. The show opens on February 5th and runs until Feburary 28th.
Electric Fields I will be displayed as part of the opening reception for the exhibition "Unfixed: New Painting" at Arizona State University Art Museum in Phoenix on February 20th. Screening organized by ESP TV.
Interstellar Trippin' (with Syd) will be screened at the Drake Hotel in Toronto, Canada on Friday February 20th, as part of a month-long feature of Plink Flojd videos.

Swipin' Safari will be included in the 2014 edition of the Currents New Media Festival — in their "Web Art & Apps" category. Action Painting will also be on display — at Zane Bennett Contemporary Art. Taking place in Santa Fe, New Mexico, the festival runs from June 13th to 29th.

PhotoRibbons version 1.2 is now available on the Apple App Store. This version works natively on the iPad and uses Apple's Retina technology.
